Its gardens, terraces, poolside spaces and Umbrian countryside create different settings within the same Estate, while Lake Trasimeno gives the celebration its wider sense of place.

A wedding at The Trasimeno Wedding Estate can move through different parts of the property as the day unfolds.
A symbolic ceremony can take place at the Estate, followed by drinks, dinner and time together across its gardens, lawn, terraces, courtyard and poolside spaces. Outdoor receptions can welcome up to approximately 150 guests, allowing the landscape and the Estate itself to remain part of the celebration throughout the day.
Rather than concentrating everything into a single setting, different moments can find their own place within the Estate.

For a destination wedding, the time spent together often matters as much as the celebration itself.
At The Trasimeno Wedding Estate, approximately 26 guests can stay within the Estate during the contracted wedding stay. This creates a natural base around the wedding — a place to arrive, settle in and share time together before and after the principal Wedding Day.
For the couple and the guests staying at the Estate, the experience can therefore extend beyond the reception itself, with the property remaining exclusively reserved for your group throughout the contracted stay.

These are some of the practical points to know as you begin imagining your day here.
A symbolic ceremony can take place within the Estate, allowing the ceremony and the celebration that follows to remain part of the same setting.
Legally binding civil ceremonies are not held at the Estate.
Outdoor wedding receptions can take place across the Estate's available outdoor spaces, with capacity for up to approximately 150 guests.
The Estate has internal rooms, but they do not provide a complete indoor rain plan for a wedding at full capacity. Where a complete weather contingency is required, a temporary marquee can be arranged separately and is subject to additional pricing.
Music can be part of the wedding celebration, with all music at the Estate ending by midnight.

Rather than treating the Estate, the stay, the principal Wedding Day reception catering and Wedding Coordination as separate parts of the process, they can be brought together within a coordinated proposal built around your wedding.
The result is not a fixed wedding package. It is a comprehensive proposal shaped around the Estate you have chosen, your wedding requirements and the services expressly agreed with you.

The Olive Grove provides guided Wedding Coordination around your agreed wedding programme at The Trasimeno Wedding Estate — coordinating the Estate, Catering Rossomelograno and applicable services, accommodation and logistics where required.
Much of the preparation can take place in English by email and, where useful, through telephone or video calls, allowing the wedding to take shape through a direct conversation with you before you travel to Italy.
