STAY & GUESTS
A WEDDING STAY SHARED WITH THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU
A destination wedding is not only about the hours of the celebration. It is also about arriving, staying and spending time together before and after the Wedding Day.
At each of our Wedding Estates, part of your group can stay with you within the Estate itself. When your wedding group is larger, we can also help coordinate suitable nearby accommodation and the wider guest logistics that may be needed around your stay.
Your Estate becomes the centre of the wedding stay — without requiring every guest to sleep in the same place.
STAYING AT THE ESTATE
THE ESTATE IS ALSO WHERE PART OF YOUR WEDDING GROUP STAYS
Each of our Wedding Estates includes accommodation for a limited number of guests as part of the contracted Estate stay.
This means that, for the people staying with you, the Estate is more than the setting for the celebration. It is where mornings begin, where time together continues between planned moments and where the wedding becomes part of a shared stay in Umbria.
EXCLUSIVE USE DURING YOUR WEDDING STAY
The selected Estate is reserved exclusively for you and your guests for the contracted stay, giving the group staying there a private base around the wedding.
Internal accommodation capacity differs from one Estate to another, so the number of guests who can stay on the property is considered as part of selecting theEstate that best fits your wedding.

ACCOMMODATION WITHIN THE ESTATES
THREE ESTATES. DIFFERENT WAYS TO STAY TOGETHER.
Each Wedding Estate has its own internal accommodation capacity. The right fit therefore depends not only on the scale and character of your wedding, but also on how many of the people closest to you you would like to have staying within the Estate.
WHEN THE GROUP IS LARGER
THE WEDDING ESTATE CAN REMAIN THE CENTRE OF A LARGER STAY
Not everyone needs to stay within the Estate for the wedding to feel connected.
When your guest numbers exceed the Estate’s internal accommodation capacity, suitable nearby accommodation can become part of the wider plan. The Estate remains the private centre of your wedding stay, while other guests can stay in appropriate properties nearby.

NEARBY ACCOMMODATION
WE CAN HELP COORDINATE THE WIDER STAY
Where additional accommodation is needed, we can help identify suitable nearby properties, review appropriate options and coordinate accommodation requirements around the wider wedding group.
Depending on what is required, this may also involve checking availability and communicating with accommodation providers as part of the preparation.
External accommodation remains separate from the Wedding Estate itself and may involve a direct booking, contract or payment relationship between the couple or guests and the accommodation provider.
The objective is not to place every guest under one roof. It is to make the wider stay work coherently around the wedding
GUEST LOGISTICS
HELPING THE WIDER WEDDING GROUP FIT AROUND THE STAY
Accommodation is only one part of bringing a destination wedding group together. Depending on your plans, there may also be movements between places or additional time with guests that needs to be considered.
Where required, we can help coordinate these practical elements around the wedding, keeping them connected to the wider plan rather than treating them as separate travel arrangements.
Where guest movements need to be coordinated, we can help organize suitable third-party transportation around the wedding.
Depending on the requirements of the group, this may include coordination between arrival points, external accommodation and the Wedding Estate, as well as other wedding-related group movements.
Transport arrangements are coordinated according to the requirements of each wedding rather than offered as fixed routes or standard transfer packages.
If you would like to include additional time or activities with your guests around the wedding, we can help coordinate appropriate arrangements as part of the wider stay.
What is appropriate depends on your wedding, your guests and the time you want to spend together. Rather than working from a fixed activities catalogue, these elements can be considered during preparation where they are relevant to your plans.
The common thread is the wedding group: where people stay, how they come together and which practical arrangements are genuinely useful around the celebration.
ONE WEDDING GROUP
ONE POINT OF COORDINATION
Guest logistics are coordinated primarily with you, or with the wedding contact you authorize.
This keeps accommodation requirements, movements and other agreed guest arrangements connected to the wider wedding plan, rather than turning the process into a series of separate conversations with every individual guest.
WHEN DIRECT GUEST COMMUNICATION IS USEFUL
Where operationally appropriate, we may also communicate directly with individual guests or with third-party providers to help coordinate agreed arrangements.
That direct communication supports the wedding plan. It does not create a separate concierge relationship with every guest or extend THE OLIVE GROVE into general personal travel management.
THE WEDDING BEYOND THE WEDDING DAY
A MULTI-DAY WEDDING IS ALSO ABOUT THE TIME AROUND IT
When people travel to Italy for your wedding, the experience naturally extends beyond the celebration itself.
Staying at the Estate, seeing friends and family again the next morning, spending unhurried time together and bringing a wider group back around the same place can give the wedding a continuity that a single day cannot.

Accommodation and guest logistics help create the practical framework around that time together. What happens across the stay is then shaped by your wedding plans — not by a predetermined programme.
A multi-day wedding may create opportunities for additional time with guests before or after the principal Wedding Day. Where relevant, accommodation, movements and agreed guest arrangements can be considered around that wider stay during preparation.
The specific programme, and any additional services it may require, depends on what is agreed for your wedding.
HOW THIS FITS WITH YOUR WEDDING
ONE WEDDING. DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE PLAN.
Your Estate stay, the practical needs of your guests and the coordination of the wedding itself are connected, but they do not all represent the same part of our work.
Keeping those responsibilities clear allows each element to be considered within the wider wedding while preserving a coherent plan.
This is where we consider the contracted Estate stay, internal accommodation capacity and, where required, the coordination of suitable nearby accommodation, guest transfers, activities and other wedding-related guest logistics.
Your selected Wedding Estate, Exclusive Use, contracted Estate stay and internal Estate accommodation form part of the required commercial core of our All-Inclusive model.
External accommodation, transfers and guest activities may also be coordinated where appropriate, but they are not automatically included simply because they form part of the wider wedding plan.
Explore All-Inclusive Weddings→Wedding Coordination covers the agreed wedding programme, coordination with the Estate and relevant providers, and operational coordination for the principal Wedding Day.
Stay & Guests remains focused on accommodation and the practical logistics surrounding the wedding group.

THE PRACTICAL SIDE CAN TAKE SHAPE FROM ABROAD
You do not need to wait until you arrive in Italy to begin organizing the practical side of your wedding stay.
From your initial enquiry onward, accommodation requirements and relevant guest logistics can be discussed in English as the wider wedding plan develops. Email is supported by personal contact and, where useful, telephone or video conversations during preparation.
This allows the needs of the wedding group to be considered before arrival, alongside the Estate and the other elements being developed for your wedding.

For international couples, the preparation can continue in English before you travel to Umbria, with personal contact where it is useful to the conversation.
PLANNING YOUR WEDDING STAY
TELL US ABOUT THE PEOPLE YOU WANT AROUND YOU
Tell us about your wedding, your approximate guest numbers and how you imagine the stay around the celebration.
We can then consider which Estate may fit your plans, how many guests can stay with you there and whether nearby accommodation or wider guest logistics should form part of the conversation.
