Each Estate has its own landscape, character and arrangements for the wedding stay. Exclusive use and the services included in your proposal depend on the Estate you choose and the terms agreed for your wedding.

The Wedding Estates in The Olive Grove Collection are designed around a simple idea: a destination wedding becomes a different experience when the setting, the celebration and the time spent together are considered as one connected experience.

Exclusive Use
Exclusive use is available according to the conditions of the selected Estate. At Castel Rigone, exclusive use is available when your wedding stay includes at least two nights and all accommodations are occupied by your wedding party. Otherwise, the Estate operates on a non-exclusive basis.

The Wedding Stay
Depending on the Estate, the stay may take place within the property or through selected accommodation in the surrounding destination, keeping the wedding and the guest experience connected.

Multi-day Celebration
Your wedding can be considered alongside the time you would like to spend together before and after the celebration. Multi-day arrangements depend on the selected Estate, your dates and the booking agreed for your wedding.

The Collection brings together five Wedding Estates across different Italian settings: Lake Trasimeno, the village of Castel Rigone, the countryside near Todi and Assisi, and the riverside gardens of Valeggio sul Mincio, Veneto.

The Trasimeno Wedding Estate
A country Wedding Estate overlooking Lake Trasimeno, where the landscape and its sunsets become part of the celebration.
The Estate brings together accommodation, outdoor spaces and a swimming pool, with exclusive use available for wedding bookings. The wedding and the time around it can be considered together within the arrangements agreed for your stay.
Wedding receptions can welcome a maximum of 50 guests, with overnight accommodation for up to 28 guests at the Estate. Weddings are not available in July or August.

The Castel Rigone Wedding Estate
A historic residence in the village of Castel Rigone, within Passignano sul Trasimeno, where stone surroundings and views toward the wider lake landscape give the wedding a distinct Umbrian character.
Wedding receptions can welcome up to 200 guests. An entirely indoor event can accommodate up to 90, so the reception and weather arrangements are considered separately from the beginning. A marquee may be an option for a larger celebration, subject to a separate agreement.
The Estate’s published accommodation information lists 30 rooms for up to 60 overnight guests. There is no general minimum-stay requirement. Exclusive use is available when your wedding stay includes at least two nights and all accommodations are occupied by your wedding party. Otherwise, the Estate operates on a non-exclusive basis.
UMBRIAN COUNTRYSIDE · NEAR TODI
The Todi Wedding Estate
A substantial country Estate surrounded by the Umbrian landscape, offering space for a destination wedding shaped around the villa, its grounds and the Pool Garden.
With approximately 600 m² of villa and around two hectares of property, the Estate offers a different sense of scale: generous outdoor areas, internal accommodation and spaces that allow the wedding stay and celebration to unfold within one private setting.
The Estate can accommodate approximately 25 guests comfortably, with a maximum internal capacity of approximately 30, and wedding celebrations of up to 150 guests.

The Assisi Wedding Estate
An Estate surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and gardens, just a short drive from the historic center of Assisi.
The property combines different areas for wedding moments with internal accommodation, a panoramic swimming pool and a Natural Spa, creating a setting where the celebration can become part of a wider stay in Umbria.
With accommodation for 28 guests at the Estate and wedding celebrations of up to 150, it offers couples a distinctive combination of countryside, gardens and proximity to one of Umbria’s most recognizable destinations.

The Riverside Wedding Estate
A private riverside Wedding Estate in Valeggio sul Mincio, Veneto, where mature gardens and the atmosphere of the Mincio create a distinctive setting for the wedding programme.
The Estate is designed around exclusive use, outdoor celebration spaces and multi-day wedding moments. The wedding stay is coordinated through selected accommodation in the surrounding destination rather than internal accommodation at the Estate.
With wedding celebrations of up to approximately 150 guests, The Riverside Wedding Estate is a setting for couples drawn to gardens, the Mincio River and the wider Valeggio, Borghetto and Lake Garda area.

For Water, Sunsets and Open Views
Choose Trasimeno for lake views, sunsets and the character of a country Estate, with wedding receptions for up to 50 guests and overnight accommodation for up to 28. Exclusive use is available for wedding bookings. Weddings are not available in July or August.
For a Historic Village Setting and a Wedding Shaped Around Your Guests
Choose Castel Rigone for the atmosphere of a historic Umbrian village and a residence with a strong sense of place. Receptions can welcome up to 200 guests, while an entirely indoor event is limited to 90. Consider the weather plan and your stay together. Exclusive use is available when your wedding stay includes at least two nights and all accommodations are occupied by your wedding party. Otherwise, the Estate operates on a non-exclusive basis.
For Space, Country Character and a Private Villa Setting
Choose Todi if you are drawn to the feeling of a substantial country property and generous grounds. The villa, surrounding land and Pool Garden create an Estate experience with a strong sense of privacy, space and classic Umbrian countryside.
For Gardens, Landscape and the Assisi Experience
Choose Assisi if you imagine your wedding surrounded by cultivated countryside, olive groves and gardens while remaining close to one of Umbria’s most recognizable destinations. Its panoramic pool, Natural Spa and varied outdoor areas add another dimension to the wedding stay.
Valeggio sul Mincio
Choose Riverside if you are drawn to mature gardens, the atmosphere of the Mincio River and a celebration setting close to Borghetto and the Lake Garda area. The Estate becomes the private setting for the wedding programme, while the wider destination can become part of the guest stay.

HOW THE COLLECTION WORKS
One Estate. One Coordinated Wedding Experience.
The Olive Grove considers your selected Estate, wedding stay and celebration together, shaping one coordinated proposal around your plans. Reception catering, Wedding Coordination and any additional services are included only as expressly agreed for your wedding.
The stay may be within the property, in the surrounding destination or a combination of both. Exclusive use follows the conditions of the Estate you choose. Your proposal sets out the arrangements that apply, rather than a fixed package shared by every Estate.
ALL-INCLUSIVE
A Coordinated Proposal, Not a Fixed Package
All-Inclusive is an integrated, personalized approach to your wedding, with the selected Estate, stay and celebration considered together. The proposal defines the reception catering, Wedding Coordination and complementary services expressly agreed with you.
Accommodation and exclusive-use arrangements vary by Estate. At Castel Rigone: Exclusive use is available when your wedding stay includes at least two nights and all accommodations are occupied by your wedding party. Otherwise, the Estate operates on a non-exclusive basis. There is no general minimum-stay requirement.
The result is a proposal developed around your wedding, with clear arrangements for the Estate and the services included.
WEDDING COORDINATION
Guidance from Enquiry to the Wedding Day
Wedding Coordination brings together the elements of the wedding program within the scope expressly agreed with you, from clarifying requirements and preparing the confirmed arrangements to any operational coordination included for the Wedding Day.
STAY & GUESTS
Bringing the Wedding Stay Together
The wedding stay is part of the wider Collection experience. Depending on the Estate, accommodation may be available within the property or coordinated through selected options in the surrounding destination.
Where required, The Olive Grove may also coordinate guest transfers, guest activities and wedding-group logistics through the couple or authorized wedding contact.
The level of coordination and the services included are defined through the enquiry and proposal process, so the commercial structure reflects the wedding you are actually planning.
DESTINATION WEDDINGS FROM ABROAD
Planning Your Wedding in Italy from Abroad
You don’t need to be in Umbria to begin planning your wedding with The Olive Grove. Enquiries, commercial discussions and pre-wedding coordination can be managed in English while you are abroad.
Through email, telephone and video calls, we can understand what you are looking for, discuss the Estates and develop the coordination around your wedding before you arrive in Italy.
WORKING TOGETHER
Coordination Can Begin Before You Arrive
Much of the preparation can take place remotely. We can discuss your requirements, communicate the commercial proposal and coordinate the agreed elements of the wedding in English before the Wedding Day.
Any operational coordination at the Estate on the principal Wedding Day is defined within the scope agreed for your wedding.
