The Trasimeno Wedding Estate
A private Wedding Estate overlooking Lake Trasimeno, where the landscape and its sunsets become part of the celebration.
The Estate brings together accommodation, outdoor spaces, a swimming pool and the possibility of celebrating across several days, with exclusive use for the contracted wedding stay. Wedding-related moments can move naturally through the property — from time around the pool to the principal Wedding Day itself.
With internal accommodation for approximately 26 guests and wedding celebrations of up to approximately 150, The Trasimeno Wedding Estate is a setting for couples drawn to water, open views and the slower rhythm of an Umbrian stay.

The Todi Wedding Estate
A substantial country Estate surrounded by the Umbrian landscape, offering space for a destination wedding shaped around the villa, its grounds and the Pool Garden.
With approximately 600 m² of villa and around two hectares of property, the Estate offers a different sense of scale: generous outdoor areas, internal accommodation and spaces that allow the wedding stay and celebration to unfold within one private setting.
The Estate can accommodate approximately 25 guests comfortably, with a maximum internal capacity of approximately 30, and wedding celebrations of up to 150 guests.

The Assisi Wedding Estate
An Estate surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and gardens, just a short drive from the historic center of Assisi.
The property combines different areas for wedding moments with internal accommodation, a panoramic swimming pool and a Natural Spa, creating a setting where the celebration can become part of a wider stay in Umbria.
With accommodation for 28 guests at the Estate and wedding celebrations of up to 150, it offers couples a distinctive combination of countryside, gardens and proximity to one of Umbria’s most recognizable destinations.

Choose Trasimeno if the lake and the landscape are part of how you imagine the wedding itself. This Estate is defined by open views, sunsets over the water and a relaxed relationship between outdoor celebration spaces, the pool and the wedding stay.
For Space, Country Character and a Private Villa Setting
Choose Todi if you are drawn to the feeling of a substantial country property and generous grounds. The villa, surrounding land and Pool Garden create an Estate experience with a strong sense of privacy, space and classic Umbrian countryside.
For Gardens, Landscape and the Assisi Experience
Choose Assisi if you imagine your wedding surrounded by cultivated countryside, olive groves and gardens while remaining close to one of Umbria’s most recognizable destinations. Its panoramic pool, Natural Spa and varied outdoor areas add another dimension to the wedding stay.
Valeggio sul Mincio
Choose Riverside if you are drawn to mature gardens, the atmosphere of the Mincio River and a celebration setting close to Borghetto and the Lake Garda area. The Estate becomes the private setting for the wedding programme, while the wider destination can become part of the guest stay.

HOW THE COLLECTION WORKS
One Estate. One Coordinated Wedding Experience.
Choosing an Estate is only one part of the experience. The Olive Grove brings together the Estate, the wedding stay, Catering Rossomelograno and Wedding Coordination into one coordinated proposal, with additional services incorporated when they are specifically agreed.
Depending on the Estate, the wedding stay may be centred within the property or coordinated through the surrounding destination. The result is not a fixed wedding package, but a tailored commercial proposal built around the Estate you choose, the wedding you are planning and the level of support required.
ALL-INCLUSIVE
A Coordinated Proposal, Not a Fixed Package
The Olive Grove All-Inclusive model brings together the selected Wedding Estate, Exclusive Use, the agreed wedding stay, Catering Rossomelograno and Wedding Coordination.
Depending on the Estate, the stay may be accommodated within the property or coordinated through selected accommodation in the surrounding destination. Complementary services can also be coordinated and incorporated when they are expressly agreed as part of the proposal.
This means the All-Inclusive approach is comprehensive, but not standardized. Each proposal is developed around the actual wedding rather than selected from a predefined package.

From the first enquiry onward, Wedding Coordination helps bring the agreed elements of your wedding together, from understanding your requirements and shaping the proposal to coordinating the confirmed programme before arrival.
STAY & GUESTS
Bringing the Wedding Stay Together
The wedding stay is part of the wider Collection experience. Depending on the Estate, accommodation may be available within the property or coordinated through selected options in the surrounding destination.
Where required, The Olive Grove may also coordinate guest transfers, guest activities and wedding-group logistics through the couple or authorized wedding contact.
The level of coordination and the services included are defined through the enquiry and proposal process, so the commercial structure reflects the wedding you are actually planning.
DESTINATION WEDDINGS FROM ABROAD
Planning Your Wedding in Italy from Abroad
You don’t need to be in Umbria to begin planning your wedding with The Olive Grove. Enquiries, commercial discussions and pre-wedding coordination can be managed in English while you are abroad.
Through email, telephone and video calls, we can understand what you are looking for, discuss the Estates and develop the coordination around your wedding before you arrive in Italy.
WORKING TOGETHER
Coordination Can Begin Before You Arrive
Much of the preparation can take place remotely. We can discuss your requirements, communicate the commercial proposal and coordinate the agreed elements of the wedding in English before the Wedding Day.
When the principal Wedding Day arrives, a representative of The Olive Grove is present for operational coordination at the Estate.
