THE TRASIMENO WEDDING ESTATE

A private Wedding Estate overlooking Lake Trasimeno, where the wedding stay, gardens, terraces and celebration share the same lakeside setting.

A Country Estate for Larger Celebrations
A substantial Umbrian country Estate with extensive private grounds, a stone villa and the scale to accommodate wedding celebrations of up to 150 guests.

Countryside Close to Assisi
A private Wedding Estate in the countryside near Assisi, combining accommodation, gardens and wedding spaces within a setting approximately five minutes by car from the historic town.

CATERING WITHIN THE WIDER WEDDING

Catering Rossomelograno forms part of THE OLIVE GROVE All-Inclusive commercial core, bringing the principal Wedding Day reception catering into the same coordinated framework as the Estate, your stay and Wedding Coordination.
Rather than treating catering as a separate part of the wedding, it is considered within the wider programme from the outset — helping the reception sit coherently within the way the celebration is being organised.
The final catering scope is defined through your tailored proposal and the wedding requirements agreed with you.
WEDDING COORDINATION WITHIN THE PROPOSAL

Wedding Coordination is part of THE OLIVE GROVE All-Inclusive commercial core.
Before your arrival, we work with you to understand the requirements of your wedding, structure the agreed programme and coordinate the Estate, Catering Rossomelograno and the applicable services incorporated into your proposal.
As the wedding approaches, that preparation becomes an operational framework for the celebration itself.
During the principal Wedding Day, a person acting on behalf of THE OLIVE GROVE is present for operational coordination, helping the agreed programme and its principal elements come together on site.
This is Guided Wedding Coordination rather than Full-Service Wedding Planning. Its scope is defined by the wedding programme and services agreed within your proposal.

More Than a Wedding Day
THE OLIVE GROVE All-Inclusive approach is built around a wedding stay, not simply the hours of the celebration itself.
Your contracted Estate stay and the accommodation available within the selected property form part of the coordinated proposal, allowing part of your wedding party to stay in the same place where the celebration unfolds.
The number of guests who can stay within the Estate depends on the property you choose. When additional accommodation is needed, external stays and related guest logistics can be coordinated according to the requirements agreed within your proposal.
This allows the Wedding Estate to remain the centre of the celebration while the wider guest experience can be considered as part of the preparation.
Stay at the Estate
Accommodation within the selected Wedding Estate forms part of the contracted wedding stay, within the property's available capacity.
Welcome Your Wider Wedding Party
Not every guest needs to stay within the Estate. Where required, additional accommodation can be coordinated for the wider wedding group.
Connect the Different Parts
Guest transfers, accommodation arrangements and applicable wedding-group logistics can be coordinated where expressly agreed.
BEYOND THE CORE
Additional Requirements, Coordinated Where Agreed
The All-Inclusive proposal has a defined commercial core, but every wedding can involve requirements beyond it.
Where appropriate, additional elements can be coordinated and incorporated into your proposal when expressly agreed with you.
These may include areas such as ceremony support, styling and flowers, music and entertainment, photography and video, transfers or guest activities.
Their inclusion depends on the requirements of your wedding and the scope agreed within your proposal. They are not automatically included simply because you choose THE OLIVE GROVE All-Inclusive approach.
A Clear Core
The Wedding Estate, Exclusive Use, contracted Estate stay, internal accommodation within the Estate's capacity, Catering Rossomelograno and Wedding Coordination form the controlled core of the proposal.
Additional Requirements
Other elements can be coordinated and incorporated when they are relevant to your wedding and expressly agreed within the proposal.
Third-Party Services
Where external providers are involved, THE OLIVE GROVE may coordinate their role within the agreed wedding programme without implying direct operation or ownership of those services.
Defined Through Your Proposal
The final scope of your wedding is established through the tailored proposal itself — not through a universal list of services automatically attached to the term All-Inclusive.

Many couples begin planning their wedding in Umbria while living in another country.
THE OLIVE GROVE is structured to continue that process in English, from the first enquiry through proposal discussions and the preparation of the agreed wedding programme.
Communication can continue by email and, where useful, by telephone or video call. This allows the main decisions, Estate arrangements, catering coordination and applicable services to be worked through during the preparation period before your arrival in Italy.
The aim is not to make every part of a destination wedding remote. It is to give you a clear point of contact and a coordinated framework while you are planning from abroad.
