THE OLIVE GROVE provides guided wedding coordination for couples celebrating at one of our Wedding Estates in Italy.
From the preparation period through the principal Wedding Day, we help structure the agreed wedding programme, coordinate the Estate and the services involved, and keep the different parts of the celebration working together.
You remain at the centre of the decisions. Our role is to bring structure, local coordination and operational continuity to what has been agreed — particularly important when you are planning your wedding from abroad.

Planning a destination wedding does not require you to be in Italy for every conversation.
We can begin working with you in English by email and, where useful, by telephone or video call — understanding your priorities, discussing how you would like the celebration to unfold and helping shape the agreed wedding programme around your chosen Estate.
As the plans develop, we coordinate the Estate-related requirements, Catering Rossomelograno and the complementary services that have been requested and agreed, bringing the different elements into a practical framework before the Wedding Day.

WHAT WE COORDINATE
One programme. Different elements. Coordinated together.
Once the wedding programme has taken shape, coordination means bringing its agreed elements into one practical framework.
The Estate, the reception catering and any complementary services involved need to work in relation to the same spaces, timings and sequence — rather than as separate parts of the wedding.
The Estate
The contracted Estate stay, wedding spaces and agreed Estate requirements are coordinated around the wedding programme and the way the property will be used.
Catering Rossomelograno
We coordinate the integration of Catering Rossomelograno for the principal Wedding Day reception, aligning the catering requirements with the Estate, spaces and agreed programme.
Complementary Services
Where requested and agreed, complementary wedding services can also be coordinated within the programme, so that the providers involved understand how their part connects with the wider celebration.

WORKING WITH PROVIDERS
The right relationship for each agreed service.
Not every service involved in a wedding needs to be arranged in the same way.
Depending on what you require, THE OLIVE GROVE may recommend a suitable provider, coordinate a provider you contract separately, or incorporate an agreed service into your proposal where that commercial arrangement applies.
Whichever relationship is appropriate, our coordination role is to help connect the agreed provider with the Estate and the wedding programme. Each professional remains responsible for the execution of their own service.
Recommended Provider
Where appropriate, we can recommend a suitable provider and assist you in identifying an option that fits the wedding and the Estate.
Coordinated External Provider
A provider may remain separately contracted and/or paid by you while we coordinate their agreed role within the wedding programme.
Integrated Provider
Where commercially agreed, a service may be incorporated into THE OLIVE GROVE proposal and coordinated as part of the wider programme.

THE PRINCIPAL WEDDING DAY
Preparation becomes presence on the day.
The work carried out before the wedding creates the framework for what happens when the principal Wedding Day arrives.
A person acting on behalf of THE OLIVE GROVE is present for on-site operational coordination — helping the agreed programme, Estate operations, wedding spaces, catering and coordinated providers work together through the day.

Estate & Spaces
Coordinating Estate operations and the agreed use of wedding spaces through the principal Wedding Day.
Catering & Providers
Coordinating the integration of Catering Rossomelograno and agreed providers within the programme, while each professional remains responsible for their own service.
Principal Transitions
Supporting the principal operational transitions between the agreed parts of the Wedding Day.

ACROSS A MULTI-DAY WEDDING
MULTI-DAY WEDDINGS
One programme can extend beyond one day.
A destination wedding at an Estate can unfold across more than the principal Wedding Day, with time to arrive, stay together and include additional agreed moments around the celebration.
Our coordination is structured around the specific wedding programme and the level of on-site support incorporated into your proposal.
On-site operational coordination for the principal Wedding Day forms part of the Wedding Coordination core. Where additional coordination is required for other agreed Multi-Day events, this can be considered within the specific proposal.
Arrival & Stay
The contracted Estate stay provides the setting in which the wider wedding programme can unfold.
Additional Agreed Moments
Welcome gatherings, meals or other agreed Multi-Day events may form part of the programme, with additional on-site coordination incorporated where required.
Principal Wedding Day
On-site operational coordination for the principal Wedding Day belongs to the core Wedding Coordination service.
COORDINATION WHERE IT IS NEEDED
Additional on-site coordination for agreed Multi-Day events can be incorporated into the specific proposal where required.
This does not mean continuous coordinator presence throughout the Estate stay. The level of additional on-site coordination is defined according to the agreed wedding programme.

HOW IT FITS TOGETHER
Coordination is part of a wider wedding framework.
Wedding Coordination explains how we work with you to prepare and coordinate the agreed wedding programme. Other parts of THE OLIVE GROVE model have different roles.
The commercial proposal and, where relevant, the arrangements surrounding your wider wedding group connect with coordination without becoming the same service.
YOUR ESTATE

GUIDED WEDDING COORDINATION

Our role is to give structure to the preparation and operational coordination of your wedding without presenting ourselves as an unlimited full-service wedding planner.
Guided Wedding Coordination is built around the programme, services and responsibilities that have been discussed and agreed with you.
That definition matters because it keeps expectations clear: you know where THE OLIVE GROVE is coordinating the wedding, where an individual provider is responsible for their own professional service, and where additional support may need to be specifically incorporated into the proposal.
Guidance Before the Wedding
We work with you to understand priorities, structure the agreed programme and prepare the coordination framework before the celebration.
An Agreed Wedding Programme
Coordination is based on the programme, Estate requirements and services that have been defined with you.
Coordination of Agreed Providers
We can help connect the providers involved with the Estate and the agreed programme according to their specific relationship.
On-Site Wedding Day Coordination
A person acting on behalf of THE OLIVE GROVE is present for operational coordination during the principal Wedding Day.
Unlimited Full-Service Wedding Planning
THE OLIVE GROVE does not position Wedding Coordination as an unrestricted planning service covering every possible wedding requirement.
Automatic Management of Every Provider
Not every provider is directly contracted, operated or professionally managed by THE OLIVE GROVE.
Continuous Presence Throughout the Stay
A Multi-Day wedding does not automatically include a coordinator present at every event or throughout the entire Estate stay.
24/7 Personal Assistance
Wedding Coordination is structured around the agreed programme and operational requirements; it is not a permanent personal-concierge service.
The aim is not to make the wedding feel managed from the outside. It is to give the agreed celebration enough structure to work confidently in practice.
