THE OLIVE GROVE brings together distinctive Wedding Estates in Italy, each shaped by its own landscape, architecture and atmosphere. From Lake Trasimeno and the historic village of Castel Rigone to the Umbrian countryside and the riverside gardens of Valeggio sul Mincio, each Estate offers a different sense of place for a destination wedding.
What connects them is a shared approach: the Estate becomes more than the setting for the Wedding Day. The celebration, the stay and thoughtful coordination are considered together, with the relationship between the Estate and the wider destination shaped around the setting you choose.

Exclusive use depends on the Estate and its booking conditions. Planning from abroad involves more than choosing a beautiful place. THE OLIVE GROVE provides defined coordination pathways for the wedding itself and for the practical requirements surrounding your guests and stay.
WEDDING COORDINATION
We work with you or your authorized wedding contact to understand your requirements and coordinate the Estate, reception catering and complementary services within the scope expressly agreed for your wedding. Any operational coordination on the principal Wedding Day is defined in that scope.
STAY & GUESTS
The wedding stay is shaped around the selected Estate and its setting. Depending on the Estate, accommodation may be within the property, within the surrounding destination, or combine both. Where required, we can also coordinate guest transfers, activities and agreed wedding-group logistics.
PLANNING FROM ABROAD
THE OLIVE GROVE works with international couples in English throughout the enquiry and pre-wedding coordination process, including email, telephone and video communication. Remote coordination helps move the planning forward before you travel to Italy, while requirements that need to take place locally are managed within the agreed process.
